We are a well-established and client-focused notary firm with a strong reputation for delivering efficient, professional, and friendly property services. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic and supportive team.

The Role

As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will manage your own files from start to finish, handling all aspects of residential and/or commercial property transactions. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters independently
- Handle sales, purchases, transfers, and refinances
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other parties
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all files
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction

About You

- Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing
- Able to manage files from instruction through to settlement with minimal supervision
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation




- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with conveyancing software and systems (e.g., LDD, myLTSA, BC Registries, LLC, AtSource) as well as with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy workplace
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
- Professional, organised, and a true team player
