We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing vehicle wholesale business. This position will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring vehicles that meet our purchasing criteria.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the automotive market, has robust negotiation and communication skills, and can identify profitable vehicle opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source vehicles through dealerships, private sellers, auctions, trade-ins, and other channels
- Identify vehicles that fit our inventory and profitability criteria
- Research market values, wholesale pricing, and potential resale margins
- Inspect vehicles and assess condition, history, mileage, and potential mechanical issues
- Negotiate purchase prices with sellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers and industry contacts
- Coordinate vehicle purchases, transportation, and required paperwork




- Track potential inventory opportunities and follow up with sellers
- Work closely with management to determine which vehicles should be purchased
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle costs, expected resale value, and profit margins
- Consistently meet monthly vehicle acquisition targets

What We're Looking For

- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, trims, options, and market values
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to recognize a good deal and identify potential risks
- Comfortable using online vehicle marketplaces and auction platforms
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
