Sealey’s Automotive Inc. is a Christian-owned independent used car and SUV dealership located in Concord, Ontario.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dealership Operations & Lot Support person to help manage the day-to-day movement, organization, and preparation of our vehicle inventory.

This is a full-time, in-person, hands-on position. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and taking responsibility for keeping vehicles, keys, and daily operational tasks organized.

Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain the vehicle lot
- Move and reposition vehicles
- Pull and stage vehicles for salespeople and customer appointments
- Manage vehicle keys
- Check fuel levels and fuel vehicles when required
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
- Pick up automotive parts and dealership supplies
- Pick up and drop off vehicles when required
- Coordinate vehicles going to mechanics, bodywork and detailing
- Follow up on vehicles waiting for repairs or reconditioning
- Help track what each vehicle still requires before becoming retail-ready
- Assist with newly arrived vehicles
- Keep the lot, vehicles and work areas clean and presentable




- Remove snow and ice from vehicles during winter
- Perform dealership errands as required
- Help make sure vehicles are ready for appointments and deliveries
- Provide management with updates on outstanding vehicle-related tasks

Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence required
- Clean or acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving a variety of cars and SUVs
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in winter, rain and heat
- Able to lift and carry automotive parts and supplies when required
- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
- Willing to learn dealership procedures and take responsibility for assigned tasks

We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action. This position is not simply about moving cars. The goal is to help keep the dealership running efficiently by making sure vehicles, keys, fuel, parts, recon, pickups and daily lot operations are properly handled.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
