Zachry Integrity is looking for a Part-time/ On-Call Structural Draftsperson to support our project management team. The Structural Draftsperson is responsible for providing structural detailing and completing fabrication drawings. An ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with 3 to 5 years of drafting experience. If you have experience with structural steel detailing and are proficient in AutoCAD, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

- Prepares structural approval drawings, shop fabrication drawings, and erection drawings, including material lists.
- Communicates and coordinates with internal project management to ensure requirements are incorporated into accurate structural approval and production drawings.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following capabilities:

- A diploma in engineering design and drafting technology or other related education is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience.
- Good working knowledge of structural steel design and detailing practices and materials for steel structures.
- Knowledgeable in the use of AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
