The Opportunity

In this role, you will serve as a trusted optical advisor, guiding patients through a tailored, consultative journey. You will combine technical expertise with a robust sense of style and attention to detail, ensuring each patient receives a seamless and memorable experience.

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver a refined, concierge-level patient experience within a premium clinical setting
- Provide expert, style-conscious guidance on frame and lens selection, balancing function, comfort, and design
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive, personalized service and follow-up care
- Perform accurate optical measurements and lens edging (REQUIRED)
- Manage appointments and patient communications with professionalism and discretion
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining meticulous records
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually elevated dispensary environment




- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Keeping the clinic clean and organized at all time
- Managing inventory

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Licensed Optician
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario
- Diploma or certification in Opticianry
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, polished presentation aligned with a luxury environment
