We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at our Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.





Requirements

- Previous experience in a cook or food preparation role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work morning and mid day shifts NO Evenings or Holidays
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.

Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour
