Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Counsellor and/or Registered Psychotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate mental health support, therapeutic interventions, and case management to diverse patient populations, including adults, children, adolescents and couples depending on your specialization. Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients’ psychological needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other modalities suitable for adults, children and adolescents, and couples
- Offer individual, group, or family counseling sessions to support emotional regulation, behavioral improvements, and mental health stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including medical staff with hospital experience—to coordinate holistic patient care
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress, treatment effectiveness, and case management outcomes to inform ongoing care strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans,



and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality standards
- Engage in research activities and continuing education related to mental health interventions to continually enhance practice quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or couples in clinical settings
- Strong case management skills with the ability to coordinate services across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of research methodologies relevant to mental health to support evidence-based practice
- Experience in data collection and analysis to monitor treatment outcomes effectively
- Familiarity with special education needs and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning requirements in the case of working with children or adolescents
- Excellent communication skills for engaging patients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively
