Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

- Take the lead on day-to-day project management, including scheduling, trade coordination, workflow planning, and tracking project milestones using platforms such as Contractor Foreman, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Maintain detailed daily project records using CompanyCam, including site activities, progress photos, trade activity, deficiencies, inspections, and other key project events.
- Coordinate internal staff, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and trades to maintain efficient workflow and keep projects on schedule.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and detailed plans, comparing design requirements against actual site conditions, completed work, and inspections.
- Conduct regular site reviews to monitor construction progress, workmanship, safety standards, deficiencies, and compliance with project requirements.




- Manage daily trade activities and sequencing to ensure work is properly coordinated and upcoming work areas are ready for each trade.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and project coordination meetings to review schedules, outstanding items, site issues, and upcoming priorities.
- Maintain organized electronic project files and portfolios, including drawings, site reports, photographs, schedules, inspections, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Apply strong time-management and organizational practices to track multiple trades, deadlines, inspections, deficiencies, and project deliverables simultaneously.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a solid understanding of construction estimating and project planning.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software tools.
- Strong knowledge of civil and residential construction.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Construction experience that demonstrates leadership in managing complex projects from start to finish.
