Position Overview

The Wellness & Inclusion Coordinator supports the development and execution of a hospital wide wellness and engagement calendar. This role works collaboratively with staff, leadership, and the Social Committee to plan meaningful events, recognize diverse days of significance, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creation and maintenance wellness and inclusion events calendars
- Identify and incorporate key dates, including health and wellness awareness campaigns, diverse cultural, religious, and commemorative days, and staff engagement activities.
- Engage with staff groups to gather input on meaningful days of recognition




- Ensure events reflect the diversity of the workforce and patient population
- Plan and coordinate wellness and engagement activities across departments
- Partner with the Social Committee to organize and execute events
- Support logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials, and participation tracking
- Foster relationships across departments to encourage participation

Essential Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Preferred Assets

- Education, interest or experience in event planning or employee engagement
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

Compensation: $17.95/hr
