Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly environment
- Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling payments and returns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer needs efficiently
- Maintain awareness of safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains secure and hazard-free
- Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels,



and organizing storage areas
- Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to work tasks
