Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our energetic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides expert product knowledge, and delivers exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Whether assisting with product demonstrations or managing transactions at the POS (Point of Sale) system, your proactive approach will help us achieve our sales goals while creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information and process sales transactions
- Support inventory tracking and ordering
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Coordinate daily operations between sales and service teams

Digital Marketing & Online Support

- Assist in building our online presence through digital marketing, photography, and visual content creation
- Help manage website and social media updates (images, posts, promotions)




- Support online customer inquiries and promotional activities

Others

- Other related duties as assigned / requested.

What We’re Looking For:

- Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
- Positive, can-do mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
- Dependable and committed to long-term growth with the company
- Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese / Mandarin is an asset)
- Comfortable using computers, online tools, and basic photo/design software (training provided)
- Adaptable to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Interest in automotive products is a plus (but not required)
