Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a manager, you will foster a positive work environment, develop team members, and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies. Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory control, and merchandising standards
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards

Qualifications





- Proven supervising experience and restaurant related fields with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and team management
- Experience with cash handling procedures and cashiering operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to conduct interviews confidently; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
