- Fall & Winter work Contract (October - April, on-going)

We are seeking young, motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labouresr to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of landscaping maintenance projects, from garden enhancements to large-scale lawn mowing.

As a key contributor, you will help create and maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about outdoor work, eager to learn new skills, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Spring / Fall:

- Assist with seasonal maintenance, including lawn mowing, edge trimming, backpack blowing.
- Operate and maintain a range of mowing equipment; push mowers, zero turn mowers, stand on mowers, tractors, weed-whackers, backpack blowers.
- Using hand tools and equipment; shovels, edgers, pick axes, rakes, wheel-barrows, roto-tillers, hedgers, chainsaws,
- Support garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and watering to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance including turf care, soil conditioning, mulching
- Locations: Orangeville, Mono, Caledon

Winter:

- Assist in snow removal; using snow-blowers, shovels, equipment
- Maintain on-call availability
- Work flexible hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or construction is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with operating machinery such as mowers is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, hedgers, blowers) required for daily tasks
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to safety standards
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and contributing to team success

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
