Overview:

The Good Men is expanding and seeking skilled professional barbers and hairstylists based on Niagara Region, offering expert barbering services in a contemporary, professional setting.

Open Positions:

- Part-time (24hrs +)
- Full time

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional haircuts, shampoo and styling
- Deliver high-quality services for client's satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene and team coordination
- Making an appointment, response to customers call and payment after haircut

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Must Reside in the Niagara region
- Professional, punctual, and committed to quality service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs




- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff in accordance with health regulations
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive vibe

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary (Guaranteed hourly wage + bonus yearly) + 100% tips
- Opportunity to transition into a full time position
- 70 % of commissions for full-time
