Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. The Process Engineer will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the overall manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

- Support manufacturing and manufacturing development.
- Process engineering change requests to provide continuous improvement.
- Analyze manufacturing process, methods, layout, equipment and tools for improved material flow and increased productivity.
- Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement projects to implement material, labour and cost saving initiatives along with capability and capacity improvements.




- Work with Fabrication & Purchasing departments to design fixtures and order materials.
- Maintain shop floor documentation.

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering / Technology.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a fabrication and assembly workplace.
- Has experience working with heavy equipment or similar.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding and machining is an asset).
- Proficiency with SolidWorks.
- Tool and fixture design.
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
