Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchasing decisions, and promote our products and services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and sales, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with customers. You should be comfortable understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Promote products, services, and current promotions.
- Stay informed about product features, technology trends, and company offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store performance.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.




- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer calls professionally.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment.
- Experience in conducting product demos that highlight key features effectively.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts, particularly in technology-related products.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with customers.
- Proven ability to sell products through effective upselling strategies.

Shift Requirements:

- Preference will be given to candidates with availability for evening shifts (5:00 PM–1:00 AM) and/or weekend shifts.
- Candidates must be available to work evening shifts on a regular basis.
- Preference may be given to candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
