Job Type: Part time (about 35 hrs/week)
Pay: $20.00/hour to start
Medical Specialty: Chiropractic
Schedule:

- Monday–Friday mainly daytime with some early evenings

Job Duties Include:

- Answering phones like a pro
- Scheduling patients and managing reminders
- Excel, Word, and light data entry
- Voicemails, emails, and patient texting
- Insurance billing (we'll train you!)
- Social media
- Light cleaning and organizing
- Ordering supplies and using office apps
- Patient care and communication
- Supporting doctors and the rest of the team
- Following privacy guidelines




- Training and learning new systems
