A career as a Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Technology in the Capital Markets and Treasury risk Management team at National Bank means playing a key role in transforming risk management through AI. You leverage your leadership, technological expertise and ability to build high-performing teams to have a concrete impact on the organisation.

Your job

- Define and implement the strategy and operational model for the AI Talent Hub, including priorities related to talent, mandates, technology and knowledge sharing.
- Recruit, develop and engage AI specialists in automation, data, product management and engineering, while maintaining a solid talent pool.
- Deploy specialists or multidisciplinary teams with experts in order to target opportunities with high added value, develop prototypes and determine solutions to industrialise, transfer, rethink or abandon.
- Guide the development and adoption of platforms, components, agent models, methods and reusable development environments, in collaboration with technology teams.
- Support risk management leaders in developing their processes, roles, skills, team structures and workforce needs.
- Design and test governance approaches adapted to AI-assisted work, in collaboration with the Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Privacy, legal Affairs, Compliance, Model risk and Architecture teams.

Your team

Within the Capital Markets and Treasury risk Management sector, you will lead a new multi-disciplinary team and report to the Senior Vice-President. The Hub supports the various sectors and risk management specialists. This team stands out for its technical excellence, curiosity,



mobility and close collaboration with various experts. The Hub helps attract and circulate talent, accelerate promising initiatives, develop reusable capabilities and transfer solutions to the teams best positioned to develop them.

Prerequisites

- University degree in computer science, engineering, data science, a quantitative discipline or a related field, and significant relevant experience.
- Significant experience in creating and developing multidisciplinary teams and leading large-scale organisational transformations.
- Solid applied knowledge of AI, agentic systems, automation, contemporary software development, data and technology platforms.
- Mobilising small teams to resolve complex and ambiguous business problems.
Experience in financial services, risk management or a regulated environment, an asset.
