We are looking for a skilled and hands-on cabinetry professional with experience in custom cabinet fabrication and production.

This position is best suited for someone who already has experience working with cabinets and woodworking equipment. Candidates with strong cabinetry skills who are willing and able to learn CNC operation are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile Custom Cabinetry & CNC Production Technician who can work across different stages of our manufacturing process.

This is a hands-on position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a project from CNC cutting and fabrication through assembly and specialty custom work.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with CNC machinery for cabinet and component production.
- Learn and understand CNC programs, tooling, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Cut, fabricate, and assemble custom cabinets and components.
- Build and assemble kitchen cabinets and other cabinetry.




- Manufacture custom range hoods and specialty cabinet components.
- Build mitre-fold shelves, panels, and other custom pieces.
- Perform detailed woodworking and cabinet fabrication.
- Read and understand cabinet drawings, measurements, and shop drawings.
- Work with MDF, plywood, melamine, solid wood, and other cabinet materials.
- Use woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform edge preparation, drilling, routing, sanding, and other cabinet-making tasks.
- Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and make adjustments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
- Work with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Take initiative and assist with different production tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in cabinet making, millwork, woodworking, or custom cabinetry.
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and assembly.
- Experience with CNC machinery is an asset.
- Candidates with good cabinet-making skills who are willing to learn CNC are welcome to apply.
- Ability to read measurements, drawings, and cabinet plans.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using woodworking tools and machinery.




- Ability to perform detailed custom fabrication.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling sheets and cabinet components.
- Experience with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or other cabinet/CNC software is an asset.

You may be working on a CNC machine in the morning, assembling cabinets later in the day, and building a custom range hood or mitre-fold component when the project requires it.
