The Schedule

We offer a comprehensive full-time schedule:

- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (every other Friday)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional chairside assistance to the dentist during various clinical procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms in accordance with IPAC guidelines.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their appointment.
- Take accurate digital radiographs (HARP compliance required) and impressions.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to maintain a smooth, efficient daily patient flow.

What We’re Looking For





- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (NDAEB certified).
- Current HARP certification valid in Ontario.
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, though a great attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
- A friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- A dependable, positive team player who thrives in a busy clinical environment.
