Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Room Attendants to join our hotel team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas while following hotel standards.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens and towels
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as required
- Replenish guest room supplies
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor
- Follow hotel cleaning and safety procedures
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when required

Requirements





- Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
