We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing research team and support the advancement of dermatologic science and patient care.

Position Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a central role in the management and execution of clinical trials at FACET Dermatology. This position oversees all aspects of dermatology research studies—from study start-up through closeout—while ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial operations, including participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up
- Serve as the primary liaison for study sponsors, monitors, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate study documentation, including source documents, case report forms, and regulatory binders
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Health Canada/FDA regulations
- Schedule and conduct study visits, collect and process biological samples, and monitor patient safety
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, ethics applications, and protocol amendments
- Provide clear,



compassionate patient education and obtain informed consent
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, nurses, and clinic staff to integrate research into clinical workflows
- Support audits, monitoring visits, and site inspections
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for all study participants

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of clinical research coordination experience (dermatology experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ethics, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Qualified communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) required
