29 Equipment is looking for an experienced Crushing & Screening Operator to join our team. This position will involve mobile crushing and screening operations at various job sites, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable travelling to different locations and working in a changing job-site setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating crushing and screening equipment, along with a solid background operating heavy equipment. You must be confident loading and feeding an impact crusher and operating a high-volume screener.

We are also looking for someone who is willing to be hands-on and jump into different machines to help the crew when needed.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor mobile impact crushers and high-volume screening equipment
- Travel to and work at various job sites for mobile crushing and screening projects
- Safely and efficiently load and feed an impact crusher using heavy equipment
- Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as required
- Monitor material flow and equipment performance throughout crushing and screening operations
- Assist with the setup, tear-down, movement, and relocation of mobile crushing and screening equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Identify and report mechanical or operational issues
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with other operators and crew members to keep production running efficiently
- Be willing to jump into a different machine or assist with other tasks on the job site when needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements
- Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

- Proven experience operating crushing and screening equipment
- Experience operating an impact crusher




- Experience operating a high-volume screener
- Strong heavy equipment operating experience
- Ability to safely and efficiently load and feed an impact crusher
- Experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, or similar heavy equipment
- Experience working on mobile crushing or screening projects is an asset
- Strong understanding of job-site safety and safe equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to travel to various job sites
