Stagecoach School for the Performing Arts

Canada

Stagecoach School for the Performing Arts is looking for a highly organized, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across our growing network of performing arts schools.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You’ll help plan and execute campaigns, manage digital marketing activities, support local schools, monitor results and identify opportunities to improve performance.

You’ll work across multiple projects and locations, so strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that great marketing should drive action, whether that means a parent submitting an enquiry, booking a trial class or registering their child.

What You'll Do:

Digital Marketing

Support the execution and ongoing management of digital marketing campaigns across the Stagecoach network, including:

- Google Ads
- Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Website and landing pages
- Local digital campaigns
- Seasonal enrolment campaigns

Monitor campaigns regularly and flag opportunities to improve performance.

Lead Generation & Enrolment

Help create marketing campaigns designed to generate recent student enquiries and registrations.

Support campaigns around:

- Fall, Winter and Spring terms
- Summer camps and programs
- New school launches
- Open houses and events
- Local promotions
- Franchisee-specific enrolment initiatives

Help track where leads are coming from and how effectively they are converting into registrations.

Google Ads & Meta

Assist with the setup, monitoring and optimization of paid campaigns.

You’ll help:

- Monitor budgets and spend
- Review campaign performance
- Identify underperforming campaigns
- Test creative and messaging
- Track leads and conversions
- Prepare performance reports
- Make recommendations based on results

You don't need to be a Google Ads expert on day one, but you should be comfortable working in digital advertising platforms and eager to develop your skills.

Website & SEO

Support ongoing website optimization to improve visibility, traffic and conversions.

This includes:

- Updating website content
- Identifying SEO / AEO opportunities
- Supporting local SEO
- Reviewing keywords and search performance
- Updating landing pages
- Improving calls to action
- Ensuring school information is accurate and current
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey

You’ll understand that SEO isn't simply about rankings — it's about helping the right families find their local Stagecoach school.

Social Media & Content

Coordinate content across Stagecoach Canada’s social channels and support franchisees with their local marketing.

Responsibilities may include:

- Content planning
- Scheduling posts
- Creating or coordinating graphics
- Writing social copy
- Supporting Reels and short-form video
- Repurposing national content for local markets
- Coordinating photography and other creative assets
- Monitoring engagement and performance

Franchisee Marketing Support

Stagecoach is a franchise business, so a key part of this role is helping our franchisees market their schools effectively.

You’ll help provide:

- Campaign materials
- Social media content
- Templates
- Marketing resources
- Digital advertising support
- Website updates
- Local marketing guidance
- Campaign instructions and timelines

You’ll communicate directly with franchisees and help them understand how to use the marketing resources available to them.

Marketing Coordination

Keep campaigns and projects organized from start to finish.

You’ll coordinate:

- Marketing calendars
- Campaign deadlines
- Creative assets
- Approvals
- Website updates
- Email campaigns
- Advertising schedules
- Franchisee communications
- External suppliers and freelancers

You’ll be working on multiple projects at once, so being organized and comfortable managing deadlines is critical.

Reporting & Analytics

Help track and report on marketing performance.

You’ll monitor metrics such as:

- Website traffic
- Leads
- Enquiries
- Registrations
- Cost per lead
- Advertising spend
- Campaign performance
- Social media performance
- Email performance

You’ll help turn the numbers into useful insights, what's working, what's not and where should we focus next?

AI & Marketing Technology

We expect our marketing team to use technology intelligently.

You’ll be encouraged to use AI and other marketing tools to improve productivity and effectiveness across:

- Content creation
- Research
- SEO
- Campaign development
- Reporting
- Data analysis
- Marketing administration
- Workflow and automation

You should be curious about AI and comfortable learning new platforms and tools.

What You BringMust-Haves

- 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing or communications experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology
- Basic understanding of digital advertising
- Interest in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and website marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
