Do you enjoy helping people get organized and creating calm out of chaos? We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Organizer / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This role involves working directly with clients in their homes, assisting with organizing, downsizing, packing, unpacking, room setup, and customer support services. Job sites vary throughout Calgary and surrounding communities, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities:

Organize and declutter client homes

Assist with downsizing projects

Pack and unpack household contents

Set up clients' new homes to make them move-in ready

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Work collaboratively with team members on various projects

Requirements:

Must have reliable personal transportation (job sites vary)

Must be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong customer service and communication skills

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Detail-oriented and organized





Experience in organizing, moving, senior services, or customer service is an asset, but not necessary. Training will be provided

Starting pay of $18/hour
