Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various residential, commercial and/or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, expertise in hydronic and HVAC systems. As a senior team member, you will provide commercial and industrial service, interpret schematics, and provide mentorship to junior technicians. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse systems requiring advanced troubleshooting skills and comprehensive maintenance experience.

Duties

- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including central air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, dehumidifiers, heat pumps, MUA and other ventilation equipment.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Maintain boiler systems ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.




- Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose appliance malfunctions related to HVAC components and execute repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, brazing and soldering techniques, boiler operation, and appliance repair related to HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge of various HVAC components including compressors, fans, motors, valves, and ductwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
