Position Summary

The IT Analyst supports enterprise applications by troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, documenting requirements, testing changes, and assisting users. Working with business teams, IT staff, and vendors, this role carries out assigned application-support and improvement tasks while building knowledge of organizational systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support assigned applications through configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, user guides, training materials, and support procedures.
- Assist with upgrades, implementations, integrations, data conversions, and enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; document defects, validate fixes, and confirm data accuracy.
- Analyze recurring issues and business processes to identify practical improvements to application stability, efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Provide end-user support by investigating questions, communicating status, and coordinating timely resolution.
- Support access reviews, system controls, SOX requirements, and audit evidence in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in IT analysis, application support, business systems support, help desk escalation, or a related role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Technology,



Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting issues, documenting requirements, and assisting end users.
- Transportation, logistics, or fleet-operations experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting application upgrades, integrations, implementations, or process improvements.

Technical and Functional Knowledge

- Working knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, application support, and change-management concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; exposure to SQL, databases, reporting, integrations, ticketing, or testing tools is beneficial.
- Preferred familiarity with transportation systems such as Trimble TMW, TruckMate, McLeod, or similar enterprise applications.

Working Requirements

- Ability to work remotely and in office or operational environments, with occasional travel and after-hours support for critical updates or production issues.

- Application issues are resolved promptly with minimal operational disruption.
- Requirements, documentation, testing, and support tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Users receive responsive support, and application changes meet business needs.
- Knowledge of supported applications and business processes grows over time, enabling greater independence.

Pay: $97,000.00-$107,000.00 per year
