Duties

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families regularly.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities.
- Encourage positive behavior through constructive guidance, promoting respect, cooperation, and independence.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.




- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans, share best practices, and enhance program quality.

Experience

- Prior experience working directly with young children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities effectively.
- Experience supporting children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Solid communication skills to clearly convey information to parents and colleagues.

Pay: $21.00-$25.86 per hour
