REGISTERED NURSES (RN) & LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPN)Northern Quebec Region
Agence de placement Grace Inc. is currently recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for healthcare assignments in the Northern Quebec region.
Compensation
Up to $40-120/hour, depending on the assignment, qualifications, and experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) – Requirements
· Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Nursing.
· Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and be registered on its roll.
· Have at least 1 year of relevant professional work experience. Internships are not considered relevant work experience.
· Hold a valid CPR certification meeting the applicable requirements.
· Be able to communicate easily in French, both orally and in writing.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Requirements
· Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Santé, assistance et soins infirmiers.
· Be a member in valuable standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
· Have at least 1 year of relevant professional work experience. Internships do not count as relevant work experience.
· Hold a valid CPR certification meeting the applicable requirements.
· Be able to communicate easily in French, both orally and in writing.
Availability
· Availability for day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
· Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and assignment requirements.
· Depending on the assignment,
availability may be required 7 days a week.
Additional Qualifications – Assets
The following qualifications and experience are considered assets and may allow candidates to be considered for additional assignments, depending on the specific requirements of participating healthcare facilities:
· PDSB – Safe Patient Handling training
· WHMIS training
· SIR – Immediate CPR
· SARC – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
· SVR – Advanced Life Support
· Valid N95 fit-test
· BCG vaccination, where required for specific assignments
· Experience in emergency care
· Experience in long-term care
· Experience in home care
· Experience in primary care
· Experience in specialized healthcare environments
Required Documentation
Selected candidates must be able to provide:
· Updated resume
· Proof of diploma and professional qualifications
· OIIQ or OIIAQ registration, as applicable
· Valid CPR certification
· Proof of vaccination
· ENA certificates
· 2 Valid government-issued identification
