Front Desk & Sales Associate Champion Gym – Grande Prairie, AB

Pay: $21.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and performance)

Hours: Part-time & Full-time Available (Flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings and weekends.)

What You'll Do

- Welcome every member and guest with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build genuine relationships with children, parents, and adult members.
- Confidently introduce our programs and help families choose the membership that best fits their needs.
- Follow up with prospective members and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Process check-ins, registrations, and front desk transactions.
- Keep the gym clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift.
- Take initiative and look for ways to improve the member experience without being asked.
- Support special events, camps, promotions, and community activities.
- Work closely with our coaching team to create an exceptional customer experience.

Assets (Not Required)

We're especially interested in applicants with experience or interest in:

- Martial Arts
- Boxing
- Fitness or personal training
- Recreation or sports
- Childcare or coaching children
- Sales or customer service
- Business, Marketing, Education, Kinesiology, Recreation, or Health Sciences

Level 1 or Level 2 Early Childhood Education is considered an asset.

A Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record Check is required before employment.
