Type: Temporary, part-timePretty Wrapping Service is seeking cheerful, detail-oriented, highly skilled people to join our team for the 2026 holiday season. You’ll help deliver our luxury gift-wrapping experience at retail pop-ups, holiday events, and occasional corporate sessions in our Toronto studio—where presentation and personal connection mean everything. You’ll work directly with our founder to bring the Pretty Wrapping Service brand to life.What you’ll do
- Create beautifully wrapped gifts (papering, crisp corners, ribbon/bow tying) at a professional pace
- Welcome and assist customers; handle line flow with warmth and efficiency
- Maintain displays and tidy, photo-ready workstations
- Support event setup/teardown and restocking
- Represent the brand with sparkle and grace in a busy, festive environment
You’re a outstanding fit if you
- Have basic to intermediate gift-wrapping and bow-tying skills and enjoy hands-on creative work
- Love the holidays and have a strong sense of style and aesthetics
- Bring experience in retail, events,
or hospitality (nice to have)
- Are friendly, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Are 100% reliable, flexible, and comfortable with short-notice shifts
- Bonus: You enjoy social media or content capture—there may be opportunities beyond the show
Details
- Compensation: $18/hour + paid training
- Schedule: Weekday & weekend shifts, typically 3–6 hours; final schedule TBD
- Uniform/appearance: Neat, festive-polished look suitable for a luxury setting (details provided at onboarding)
- Eligibility: Must be legally able to work in Canada and be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to ~20 lb
