Reefer Kingz is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and outgoing people to join our team! We currently have opportunities for both full-time and part-time retail sales associate

We’re not just looking for someone to stand behind a counter. We want people who genuinely enjoy talking to customers, bring positive energy to work, and take pride and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Who were looking for the right person will be

-Super cheerful, friendly and approachable

-comfortable starting conversation, conversations and helping customers

-enthusiastic about sales and providing excellent customer service

-willing to learn and take direction

-Dependable, punctual and trustworthy

-motivated to learn our products and confidently make recommendations

-comfortable, taking on additional responsibility as they learn the business

-Able to work independently as well as part of a team

-Organized and able to keep the store, clean stocked and presentable

-comfortable handling, cash, transactions accurately

Previous retail sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred. We especially want to hear from people who have a natural ability to connect with customers and aren’t afraid to make recommendations and help generate sales.





We want employees who are interested in becoming an important part of the business the right candidates the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, including keyholder duties opening and closing the store handling, cash, maintaining inventory and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

Trustworthiness and reliability are extremely important for these positions
