Job Title: Experienced Carpenter

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter/Site Supervisor with a solid background in general construction in custom homes and renovations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in framing, trim work, door and window installation, siding, drywall, and flooring etc. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently or as part of a team, and brings a wide range of skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks, including but not limited to:
- Framing (walls, roofs, floors)
- Installing trim, baseboard, and molding
- Hanging and fitting doors and windows
- Installing various types of siding
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Basic flooring installation (hardwood, laminate, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job site
- Communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and clients as needed




- Work efficiently whether solo or with a team

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Proficiency in framing, trim, doors/windows, siding, drywall, and flooring
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must live within close proximity to the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area

Preferred Qualifications:

- Leadership or crew management experience is a plus
- Ability to train or support less experienced workers
- Familiarity with local building codes and practices

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. Specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
