THE ROLE

Repair sloped roofing, siding and aluminum

Participation in safety program and procedures

Lead Service & Repair Team (2 to 3 person crew) and safely achieve objectives

Supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications

Monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting

Assist in resolution of technical problems

Resolve employee and customer concerns

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

A star candidate would have:

- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry repairing sloped roofing, siding and aluminum in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Should have prior roof repair experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- Have an understanding of building systems

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
