You will be responsible for running the cash service desk, leading a small retail team, helping customers and all ‘round friendly service. We invite you to tie your best bow, employ your inner green thumb, and expand your learning with us in the plant and gift business. Essential skills: Must have customer-service and sales excellence and experience, demonstrated people skills, ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail,



ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team.

Helpful experience: Visual display experience with a quirky and careful eye for detail, ability to create arrangements and work with your hands, leadership skills, plant or greenhouse experience, ability to work independently with initiative and an insatiable drive for excellence.

Assets: Retail sales experience and product knowledge/excellence in tableware, textiles or plants. Sense of humour. Interest in promoting and developing independent retail. Social media, photography and extensive computer skills an asset, but not required.
