Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Utilize facilities maintenance skills to address minor repairs or report larger issues for resolution
- Use heavy lifting techniques when moving furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards
Skills
- Experience with custodial or commercial cleaning preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
