What You’ll Do

Promote our programs through Facebook and online communities.

Help raise awareness of our programs and services and reach people in rural locations right across Canada.

You will work as part of our virtual volunteer team and may:





- Share information about our programs, events, support groups, art classes, educational speaking engagements, and other initiatives
- Post in appropriate Facebook groups and online communities
- Help identify communities where our information may be helpful
- Collaborate with other members of our virtual volunteer team
- Bring creative ideas and help us reach more people

The exact outreach work varies depending on our current programs and needs.

Our Foundation works with a variety of populations and on a variety of initiatives. Our current outreach focus is a family-support initiative, which is different from working directly with neurodivergent youth. Virtual Volunteers are not working directly with program participants; the role is focused on outreach and awareness.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has excellent written and spoken English
- Enjoys engaging with the public and networking
- Is comfortable using Facebook and social media
- Is positive, reliable, and passionate about helping others
- Is creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas
- Works well as part of a team
- Is proactive or may be interested in developing leadership skills

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.





Leadership and team lead opportunities are available for interested volunteers.

As you gain experience and complete training, there are always be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, train in other areas, and grow within the organization, as we are primarily volunteer run.

Commitment Required

- Minimum 4–6 hours per week
- Minimum 3-month commitment

About Collide Foundation

Collide Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting neurodivergent youth and adults through inclusive programs such as community events, support groups, art classes, and educational speaking engagements, environmental initiaives, fundraiser events and more

Many of our services are completely free, and with demand growing rapidly, we need help reaching more people who can benefit from this support.

This is a fully virtual role, allowing you to connect and collaborate with a supportive team right across the country.
