Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building techniques and be comfortable working with various materials and tools. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in constructing frameworks for buildings, ensuring that all structures are safe, durable, and meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

- Construct and assemble wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Interpret and work from schematics to accurately build structures according to design specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment on-site.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on-site.
- Restore or repair existing structures as needed during the framing process.

Experience

- Proven experience in framing or related construction work is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics effectively.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours on the job site.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices within the construction workplace.
