Responsibilities

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport passengers along designated routes or on-demand trips.
- Greet passengers warmly, assist with boarding and luggage handling when needed, and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
- Manage time effectively to adhere to schedules and meet passenger expectations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including fare collection and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and professionalism.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.




- Communicate clearly with dispatch or control centers regarding routes, delays, or incidents.

Skills

- Proven experience in driving, especially in a commercial or passenger transport setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor.
- Strong time management abilities to optimize routes and meet schedules efficiently.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Positive knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
- Capable of maintaining composure under pressure and managing unexpected situations calmly.
