Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and answering technical questions about items
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining quality service
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record keeping

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling tasks
- Experience with merchandising, product demonstrations, or technical sales adds advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
