About the Department + The Role

The Creative Design department’s goals must constantly adapt to the needs of the company’s overall objectives; hence, expect to be working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited, to the following:

- Creating digital and print advertising, social media content, short-form videos, website assets, package design, etc.
- Designing client briefs from conceptualization to completion relating to digital signage
- Produce motion graphic animation and visual effects
- Filming and photography in a studio or on location
- Researching current design and technology trends independently to generate creative solutions/ideas

Qualifications

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or relevant field
- General knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator,



After Effects, and Premiere)
- Able to adapt to diverse types of projects quickly and learn on the job
- Great attention-to-detail and exceptional work ethics
- Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with a macOS environment and handling studio equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

- The portfolio displays a good understanding of composition, color theory, illustration, and typography (examples of motion graphic animation projects is preferable)
- Strong interest in Brand Design, Video Production, Animation, Photography, and Web Development
- Familiar with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Traditional or digital drawing skill
- Working knowledge of 3D software and production is an asset
