Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented people to train as a flexographic Printing Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and accurately. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will ensure smooth production workflows. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced setting where precision and productivity are key.

Duties

- Set up and operate various printing presses, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for optimal print quality.
- Monitor press operations throughout the production run, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity
- Manage the loading of raw materials such as films, inks, and other supplies, utilizing warehouse experience when necessary
- Inspect printed products for quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies




- Maintain accurate production records, including logs of machine operation, maintenance activities, and quality checks
- Assist with packaging finished products securely for shipment.

Experience

- Prior experience operating printing presses in a manufacturing or commercial printing environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience with packaging processes in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Some mechanicial knowledge beneficial, but not necessary.
- Previous work in manufacturing environments that require attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
