Vision Project Services is a construction and renovation company serving the Columbia Valley, known for fast, high-quality workmanship, creative problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated, self‑driven, and talented individual who can deliver on all aspects of the Project Coordinator role.

This isn’t a “sit at a desk and push paperwork” job.

You’ll be at the centre of our projects—coordinating permits, materials, schedules, documentation, vendors, budgets, customers, and everything in between.

About the Role
The Project Coordinator supports project planning, drafting, and documentation across construction and renovation projects. Strong drafting skills and experience with SketchUp or similar 3D modelling tools are essential.

Responsibilities

- Drafting tasks — Prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and project documents.
- SketchUp modelling — Create and update 3D models for design development and trade coordination.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and client communication.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Support estimating, permitting, and client proposals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in SketchUp; experience with AutoCAD, Revit,



or similar tools is an asset.
- Ability to produce clear, precise technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow‑through.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously
- A proven ability to improve and optimize processes
- A highly organized, take-charge approach to work

Invermere, BC - You must be able to reliably commute to Invermere or plan to relocate before starting.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
