On behalf of our client, Red River Co-op, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Commercial Energy Logistics Manager to lead the daily logistics operations of their Commercial Energy division. Reporting to the Commercial Energy Sales Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the Redonda warehouse facility, dispatch coordination, fleet and driver operations, inventory management, product procurement, and delivery scheduling. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer service while supporting the continued growth of Red River Co-op’s Commercial Energy business.

As the Commercial Energy Logistics Manager, you will:

- Lead all daily logistics operations at the Redonda warehouse facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable workflows across commercial fuel and lubricant deliveries.
- Coordinate routing, scheduling, and dispatch activities for the Commercial Energy fleet to achieve on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
- Oversee warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving activities, and lubricant and equipment stock management to support customer and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Commercial Fuel Drivers and the Dispatch Coordinator, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with NSC, TDG, WHMIS, and other applicable transportation and safety regulations.
- Manage product procurement activities, including lubricants, petroleum equipment, and related materials for Redonda and Teulon operations.




- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Energy Sales Manager to support commercial fuel and cardlock pricing alignment.
- Participate in annual budget planning and monitor operational performance against established goals related to delivery costs, volume, and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics operations, customer service, and overall business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, ensuring service expectations are met while resolving customer concerns.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

You and Your Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or fuel distribution, preferably within the agriculture, energy, or trucking sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing drivers, dispatch operations, or logistics teams.
- Working knowledge of TDG, NSC, WHMIS, and other safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, scheduling systems, and fleet coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service,



and team development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or dispatching software systems.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 3 license with air endorsement considered an asset.
