We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator who is confident operating in a structured, patient-focused clinical environment. This is a key role within the clinic, supporting both the patient experience and daily operations while working closely with the clinical team.
The Opportunity
As the Clinical Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and a central figure in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally. This position is best suited to an experienced healthcare administrator who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both patient interactions and administrative responsibilities at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Coordinate consultations and treatment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct outbound follow-up with prospective and existing patients
- Support Denturists during consultations and guide patients through next steps
- Process payments and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Submit insurance claims and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental, denture,
or healthcare administration is required
- Confident and professional communicator (in person and over the phone)
- Comfortable with outbound patient communication and follow-up
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work within established systems and protocols
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership of their role
This role is best suited to candidates with prior dental or healthcare administrative experience in a clinical setting.
Compensation
Starting salary as indicated, with the opportunity to earn up to $24–$28/hour based on performance and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
