Duties

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding retail sales and customer service experiences.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and assist in onboarding new staff to build a strong team.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting tasks, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records to ensure financial integrity.
- Develop training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service skills, and organizational procedures.
- Implement marketing initiatives to boost store visibility and sales performance while ensuring adherence to company policies.




- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching for improvement, and foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or leadership experience within retail or similar customer-focused environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and multilingual contexts; adept at phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management functions such as merchandising, pricing, sales management, and store operations.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and team management strategies.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and time management.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, marketing principles, and retail sales techniques.
- Ability to handle negotiations confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
