Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring Food Manufacturing Production Associates for a busy food manufacturing facility in Cambridge.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food production and packaging
- Operate production and packaging equipment
- Prepare and measure ingredients as required
- Package, label, and inspect products
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Requirements:
- 1 year of food production, manufacturing, bakery, or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Available for consistent on-call work
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
