We are seeking experienced flat roofers (MINIMUM 5YRS EXPERIENCE) to join our dynamic team, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of flat roofs on commercial and industrial buildings. Duties

- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and safety standards

Skills

- Minimum 5 yrs experience in Flat Roofing
- Extensive experience with:
- Modified Bitumen
- TPO
- EPDM
- Built-Up (4-Ply) Roofing Systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing and construction work
- Solid construction experience with a focus on flat roof systems for commercial or industrial buildings
- Strong carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and structural adjustments as needed
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into accurate on-site execution
- Experience with caulking techniques for sealing joints and preventing leaks
- Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks required during material handling and installation processes
- Handyman experience that demonstrates versatility across various building trades is a plus

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
