YOUR PLAYGROUND
As a ski lift operator, you ensure that the lifts run smoothly and that skiers are safe, while providing efficient and courteous service. You play a key role in the customer experience: thanks to your vigilance, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail, every ride becomes a pleasant transition to the fun of the slopes.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the ski lift operations team leader, the ski lift operator is responsible for:





- Inspect and start up the ski lift;
- Operate the ski lift in accordance with established standards;
- Implement emergency procedures as needed (evacuation, procedures in the event of an accident or injury, etc.);
- Maintain the ski lift boarding and unloading areas to ensure they are safe and comply with established standards and expectations;
- Ensure that customer requests are addressed or redirected;
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the service;
- Report any irregularities to your immediate supervisor.
