What You’ll be Driving Forward:

- Perform hands-on repair work in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting for two locations
- Maintain Building Systems and Conduct routine preventative maintenance




- Respond to service requests efficiently and resolve issues while ensuring the facility meets safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

- Previous maintenance experience or a recognized trade certification required
- A valid driver’s license
- A solid working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- The ability to multi-task and work on multiple tickets and tasks at once.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Physical capability to handle routine maintenance tasks.
